My Escape
my escape is a place where no one can find me
you watch it yourself
but don't see what i do
it's a place where i leave the whole world behind me
a magical box
but i can't go through
it's a world where all sorts of magic and wonder
soar through the sky
like a hawk in the breeze
it's world that i'm not allowed to take part in
or people begin
to point and to tease
my escape is closed off from the world that i live in
i can only observe
and i cannot ignore
the fact that my escape belongs to so many
but the many don't see
who has been there before |
